Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently pursuing or completed Masters (Research) or PhD in Deep Learning / Machine Learning.

• Must have hands-on experience with Transformer models applied to audio/speech.

• Education must be in relevant fields such as AI, Computer Science, or Signal Processing.

Required Skills

Must-Have:

• Strong programming skills in Python and Shell Scripting

• Familiarity with ASR frameworks (e.g., HuggingFace Transformers, ESPnet, Kaldi, Whisper)

• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning & Machine Learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, librosa)

• Solid foundation in Signal Processing and Speech Technologies

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge of speech-specific deep learning models like CTC, Encoder-Decoder, Attention Mechanisms

• Experience working on Indian Languages ASR and noise-robust speech systems

• Familiarity with Speaker Diarization, Speech Activity Detection, and CI/CD tools

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research teams to design and evaluate state-of-the-art speech recognition models like Whisper, Wav2Vec2, and Conformer.

• Optimize models for accuracy, noise robustness, and latency.

• Stay updated with latest research trends in speech recognition and share insights with the team.

• Write clean and scalable code for speech-related modules.
